Patriots of a New Era

The night before I like millions of America went to bed, hoping that we would wake up the next day and realize that all that has happened was just a dream, but we woke up the next day realizing it was a nightmare, and it has gotten worse everyday since, yes Dorothy we are no longer in Kansas.

The socialization of America to me is unacceptable, while the elite in Washington, (I am not calling them that, they believe that) sit back and spend money like we can go out back and dig up some more, sell us, our children and our grandchildren out, thinking they will all live in a utopia while we all bare the burden for them and the rest of America who choose to live off the Government while we work and pay for them and their mistakes, like we are a third world country blessed by ignorance

Well I for one am not going to set around and wait for a Government handout, it is time we shout from every corner every place we can get a chance to speak, living rooms, internet, television, newspapers, radio where ever there is a forum, every form of government must realize they work for us, not us for them.

We must take back what is ours, if you want the Government to run your life, please pack your bags, and move to France, or China, or Russia, I am sure we can raise enough money for one way tickets for all those who wish to become socialist, or maybe we can just give you all California, there is plenty of choices for the welfare state, but your not going to get my Country.

Do you not see where they are headed, if they can get you to depend on them for education, food, health care, a government check, you will have no desire to work, or fend for yourself, you will have no survival skills, your children will be taught what they want them to know, there will be no values, family, marriage, life, love will have no meaning. They will be ideas that are outdated, and no longer needed, that means your no longer needed, with a government health care system, you get sick and are no longer needed your euthanized, your experimented on with drugs not yet safe your expendable, children will become a luxury, a pure race, no children born sick will survive only a strong child will be able to live, if you think I am making this up, ask any one who lived in Germany under Hitler, or Russia under Stalin, this is the path they all took, your library will contain books that are government approved, your news will be state run you will to have a special card or tag to buy and sell, everything you know and now have will be gone, if they control the banks they control the money if the control the money they tell you how much you can make and spend, if you set back and let this happen shame on you.

My grandfather came over from Germany and many of you have had family or maybe yourselves just came here, it can and is happening now, this is a call to action, America needs Patriots to rise up and say enough is enough, she needs someone to defend her from our enemies within, and Keep America Free.

When Obama was sworn in he took an Oath to defend and preserve the Constitution of the United States, not to rewrite it and make it his own, he is failing to preserve our rights as Americans, attacking our 1st and 2nd amendment rights as we set by and let him, we must rise up and fight, for your family, your family, for America.

We need Patriots now who have had enough, are you ready to give your all? Every Soldier lives by a code if I am going to die, I want to die with my boots on, to go down in a blaze of glory, and that is the way I am going, it is a time,no holds bared no backing down, stop them where they are.

God or Government

There comes a point in our lives where we must decide if we will serve God, our serve our government, and if we will acknowledge God in our government. I was not there when our founding fathers forged this nation. They did so out of beliefs and values and determination not to be governed by tyranny and taxation and one religion. I have read their papers and books and understand their deep faith and beliefs in God. Whether you believe in God or are agnostic or an atheist, you must realize and accept the truth that our leaders have written our Constitution and Declaration based upon sound principles and values found rooted in their deep beliefs of God and their understanding of Jesus Christ .
Some will argue not all were Christian but let us view their words.

And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion…Reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principles.." (1) George Washington

Our forefathers left us numerous warnings concerning what would happen if we violated the principles that they had put in place. They warned that our nation's future would depend upon its citizens acknowledging God and submitting to His principles. To do otherwise would result in blatent immorality and deteriorating political prosperity. Finally, they warned this would ultimately lead to a national denial of God's headship and bring with it God's judgment on America and her people.

Once again God is under attack in the public square, during the inaguaration they want God taken out of the swearing in, they do not want the name of Jesus mentioned and they have an openly gay bishop speaking and addressing our nation. We have come full circle when we mock the word of God and change its meaning to appease the masses and make everyone feel good. God will not be mocked and times are changing rapidly as the new world order unfolds before our eyes. Which brings me to my point of this document, there comes a time in every ones life, that we must decide whether we will serve God or government, every man and woman must decide for themselves who they will serve, if mans laws and ideas contradict Gods’ law who are we to follow? Is government our new god, and gold our saviour?

A copy of George's Farewell Address

George Washington the Father of our Nation gave a great speech as a final farewell, he published it in the newspapers, and gave America a lesson that still should be taught today, If any one should know how to run our Government it should be the men who framed the Declaration of Independence and wrote our Constitution, and set forth our system of government and we should learn from history that our leaders had it right and should heed their words of wisdom on Government and Morality, and that a people without Morals and a Government without morals will never make it. Maybe our outgoing and incoming leaders should set down and read the letter together, and figure out when and why our government went wrong. Why each President has left a mark on this Country, History is what keeps us in check and reminds us of our human form, there is probably no greater job known to man, than to be the leader of the United States of America, and no greater stress or thankless job either. I would like to thank each one that has served, and pray for them. I have not agreed with them on every issue, and neither have you, and that is what makes this a great Nation we can disagree and let our leaders know without fear. Mr. Bush as you leave office you are not a perfect man, nor am I, you have served our Country well, not perfect and time and history will be your Judge. But the constitution which at any time exists until changed by an explicit and authentic act of the whole people is sacredly obligatory upon all. The very idea of the power and the right of the people to establish government presupposes the duty of every individual to obey the established government
All obstructions to the execution of the laws, all combinations and associations, under whatever plausible character, with the real design to direct, control, counteract, or awe the regular deliberation and action of the constituted authorities, are destructive of this fundamental principle and of fatal tendency. They serve to organize faction; to give it an artificial and extraordinary force; to put in the place of the delegated will of the nation the will of a party, often a small but artful and enterprising minority of the community, and, according to the alternate triumphs of different parties, to make the public administration the mirror of the ill-concerted and incongruous projects of faction rather than the organ of consistent and wholesome plans, digested by common counsels and modified by mutual interests.
However combinations or associations of the above description may now and then answer popular ends, they are likely in the course of time and things to become potent engines by which cunning, ambitious, and unprincipled men will be enabled to subvert the power of the people, and to usurp for themselves the reins of government, destroying afterwards the very engines which have lifted them to unjust dominion.

Toward the preservation of your government and the permanency of your present happy state, it is requisite not only that you steadily discountenance irregular oppositions to its acknowledged authority, but also that you resist with care the spirit of innovation upon its principles, however specious the pretexts. One method of assault may be to effect in the forms of the Constitution alterations which will impair the energy of the system, and thus to undermine what can not be directly overthrown. In all the changes to which you may be invited remember that time and habit are at least as necessary to fix the true character of governments as of other human institutions; that experience is the surest standard by which to test the real tendency of the existing constitution of a country; the facility in changes upon the credit of mere hypothesis and opinion exposes to perpetual change, from the endless variety of hypothesis and opinion; and remember especially that for the efficient management of your common interests in a country so extensive as ours a government of as much vigor as is consistent with the perfect security of liberty is indispensable. Liberty itself will find in such a government, with powers properly distributed and adjusted, its surest guardian. It is, indeed, little else than a name where the government is too feeble to withstand the enterprises of faction, to confine each member of the society within the limits prescribed by the laws, and to maintain all in the secure and tranquil enjoyment of the rights of persons and property.
I have already intimated to you the danger of parties in the state, with particular reference to the founding of them on geographical discriminations. Let me now take a more comprehensive view, and warn you in the most solemn manner against the baneful effects of the spirit of party generally………
……Without looking forward to an extremity of this kind (which nevertheless ought not to be entirely out of sight), the common and continual mischiefs of the spirit of party are sufficient to make it the interest and duty of a wise people to discourage and restrain it.
It serves always to distract the public councils and enfeeble the public administration. It agitates the community with ill-founded jealousies and false alarms; kindles the animosity of one part against another; foments occasional riot and insurrection. It opens the door to foreign influence and corruption, which find a facilitated access to the government itself through the channels of party passion. Thus the policy and the will of one country are subjected to the policy and will of another.
There is an opinion that parties in free countries are useful checks upon the administration of the government, and serve to keep live the spirit of liberty. This within certain limits is probably true; and in governments of monarchical cast patriotism may look with indulgence, if not with favor, upon the spirit of party, but in those of the popular character, in governments purely elective, it is a spirit not to be encouraged. From their natural tendency it is certain there will always be enough of that spirit for every salutary purpose; and there being constant danger of excess, the effort ought to be by force of public opinion to mitigate and assuage it. A fire not to be quenched, it demands a uniform vigilance to prevent its bursting into a flame, lest, instead of warming, it should consume.
It is important, likewise, that the habits of thinking in a free country should inspire caution in those intrusted with its administration to confirm themselves within their respective constitutional spheres, avoiding the exercise of the powers of one department to encroach upon another. The spirit of encroachment tends to consolidate the powers of all the departments in one, and thus to create, whatever the form of government, a real despotism. A just estimate of that love of power and proneness to abuse it which predominates in the human heart is sufficient to satisfy us of the truth of this position. The necessity of reciprocal checks in the exercise of political power, by dividing and distributing it into different depositories, and constituting each the guardian of the public weal against invasions by others, has been evinced by experiments ancient and modern, some of them in our country and under our own eyes. To preserve them must be as necessary as to institute them. If in the opinion of the people the distribution or modification of the constitutional powers be in any particular wrong, let it be corrected by an amendment in the way which the Constitution designates, but let there be no change by usurpation; for though this in one instance may be the instrument of good, it is the customary weapon by which free governments are destroyed. The precedent must always greatly overbalance in permanent evil any partial or transient benefit which the use can at any time yield.
Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness - these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens. The mere politician, equally with the pious man, ought to respect and to cherish them. A volume could not trace all their connections with private and public felicity. Let it simply be asked, Where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice? And let us with caution indulge the supposition that morality can be maintained without religion. Whatever may be conceded to the influence of refined education on minds of peculiar structure, reason and experience both forbid us to expect that national morality can prevail in exclusion of religious principle.
It is substantially true that virtue or morality is a necessary spring of popular government. The rule indeed extends with more or less force to every species of free government. Who that is a sincere friend to it can look with indifference upon attempts to shake the foundation of the fabric? Promote, then, as an object of primary importance, institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge. In proportion as the structure of a government gives force to public opinion, it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened.
As a very important source of strength and security, cherish public credit. One method of preserving it is to use it as sparingly as possible, avoiding occasions of expense by cultivating peace, but remembering also that timely disbursements to prepare for danger frequently prevent much greater disbursements to repel it; avoiding likewise the accumulation of debt, not only by shunning occasions of expense, but by vigorous exertions in time of peace to discharge the debts which unavoidable wars have occasioned, not ungenerously throwing upon posterity the burden which we ourselves ought to bear.
The execution of these maxims belongs to your representatives; but it is necessary that public opinion should cooperate. To facilitate to them the performance of their duty it is essential that you should practically bear in mind that toward the payment of debts there must be revenue; that to have revenue there must be taxes; that no taxes can be devised which are not more or less inconvenient and unpleasant; that the intrinsic embarrassment inseparable from the selection of the proper objects (which is always a choice of difficulties), ought to be a decisive motive for a candid construction of the conduct of the government in making it, and for a spirit of acquiescence in the measures for obtaining revenue which the public exigencies may at any time dictate.
Observe good faith and justice toward all nations. Cultivate peace and harmony with all. Religion and morality enjoin this conduct, and can it be that good policy does not equally enjoin it? It will be worthy of a free, enlightened, and at no distant period a great nation to give to mankind the magnanimous and too novel example of a people always guided by an exalted justice and benevolence.

The Politics of Politics

I was born in the 60s a couple of years after JFK was assassinated, and by the time I really knew what was going on , I saw Richard Nixon say goodbye to our Nation in the midst of Watergate, I saw Gerald Ford on TV Get shot at, and I saw Jimmy Carter weaken this Nation. As a teen I fell in love with Ronald Reagan’s ideas and wisdom and had the chance to vote for him in his second term, I saw George Bush Sr. take over the reigns of Ronald Reagan and promise no new taxes, and I saw Ross Perot help defeat him on his attempt to run for a second term. I saw Bill Clinton change this nation to what it is today, and take credit for a lot of things that Ronald Reagan did. And I have seen George W. Bush slowly age in office, and change some of his values and ideas, for the good of the country I do not know yet, none of us do.

The party of JFK died with him I believe, I read about the democratic party and see some of the things they have done, but JFK restored values to office, although he was not perfect, he I believe was a good man, and could have changed the democratic party and this nation if given the chance to lead a few more years. And I believe that the Republican Party died with Ronald Reagan. There are hardly any Conservatives on either side of the isle who are willing to speak the truth and stick to thier values. It seems that the politics of politics has taken our nation down a long and winding road, and we have lost our way. Folks want to talk about values, and say they are for things but really they are not, they want you to believe that they feel the same way you do, and want to change things and make it better, and create bills and laws that on the surface seem good but are paved with ideas to take away our rights one by one.

We are told what we want to hear and are shown what they want us to see, and blindly we follow. I am a conservative and my beliefs go deep, I write what is on my heart and try not to give lip service but take action, everything legal I can. Speak out, write our elected officials recruit people to stand up for their rights teach them so they know their rights and what they can and can’t do. I do not want the world to think as I do, I want to provoke ideas and thoughts and have us see why something is a good or bad idea that is how we all learn. I do not want people to tell me how I should feel or write or talk about or how I believe. I do not want to play the game The Politics of Politics.

America is a Great Nation

I do not know why the United Nations really ever came in to power other than an ego trip by some wealthy folks who had vision of world power.
The U.N has done nothing since its birth to stop world hunger, or cure diseases or help children or resolve conflicts or bring world peace. Oh, there are some of you out there right now saying BS.

However, you are wrong; the one Nation who is on the forefront of all of this is the United States of America, we as a nation have shed the blood of our men and women in defense of over 75% of the world. We have taken on world hunger and donated resources and food to the worlds population, our doctors and nurses have gone into the world to train others and to heal and we have tried to help the worlds children by clothing them, and feeding them and giving them water where there was none.

We have done all of this except military superiority through missions and our churches, regular folks like us who have put thier heart and soul into freeing the world and making it a better place to live. Not through government programs, and we here in America are about to embark upon a new era of Government intervention that will spread like wildfire through this nation, making us a nation not dependent upon hard work or wisdom or sharing ideas but much like robots who turn on the daily news to get there list of things to do today.

We must stop this nonsense and rely on American ingenuity to get us through these hard times, and back on our feet. We are the United States of America, we do not bow our knee to any government, or the U.N council who want to make us like Europe, DEFEATED, we are a free nation founded upon rights that are God given and if we do not fight for those rights who will.

One thing about it the U.N is on the forefront of condemning America, and pushing global warming, while it takes a back seat against hamas, and Iran, and Dufar and China and Russia, can do whatever they want.

We live in the greatest Nation in the world and should act like it, stop feeling sorry for ourselves and pushing the blame off on someone else. Turn the news off write your local and national leaders and tell them how you feel we are The United States of America we will not set back and let our Nation fall.

Energy prices and mortgage rates are dropping, and the Fed is making sure money is available. In addition, America's competitive strengths remain intact.

[BRIEFING.COM] Friday marked an extremely quiet and thinly traded session as many market participants remained on vacation.

Let's all hope Barack Obama is wrong when he says that getting the U.S. economy straightened out "will take longer than any of us would like -- years, not months. It will get worse before it gets better." And let's pray that Joe Biden is way off when he says the economy is in danger of "absolutely tanking."
But, to be honest, far more economists would pretty much agree with those pessimistic statements than wouldn't. (Though that is a good contrarian sign.)

Still, there are a number of reasons to think that the economy might -- just might -- shift back into gear faster than most of us think or hope:

1. Plunging oil prices
It was only five months ago that oil prices hit a record $147 a barrel. Now they're below $45, thanks to slowing global demand. At the same time, gas prices have plunged from more than $4 a gallon to around $1.66 nationally. (And some analysts think they're heading to a buck a gallon.)
And just as high energy prices were a drag on the economy last summer, they're giving it a boost heading into 2009.
JPMorgan Chase (JPM, news, msgs) economist James Glassman estimates that the drop in oil prices represents "a boost equivalent to a $350 billion stimulus." To bring that down to the average consumer, Glassman explains, think of it this way: The typical household drives 15,000 miles annually. So a drop in gas prices to, say, $1.50 a gallon would represent a significant savings in their annual gas bills. This could boost GDP growth by as much as 2 percentage points.20

2. Falling mortgage rates
If there's anything falling as fast as energy prices it's mortgage rates. Rates for a 30-year, fixed-rate mortgage fell to a low, low 5.19% last week thanks to the Federal Reserve's pledged efforts to purchase mortgage securities.
That should help housing affordability and the ability of current homeowners to refinance their mortgages.
And even more good news could be on the way if you don't mind Uncle Sam borrowing billions more for yet another bailout: The Treasury Department is reportedly considering a plan to push mortgage rates as low as 4.5% for new homebuyers and, perhaps, even for current homeowners who want to refinance.

Investment strategist Edward Yardeni says that if rates were pushed down to 4%, either via the Fed or Treasury's efforts, the economic impact would be amazing. He figures that the average rate on the $10 trillion in outstanding mortgages is about 6%.
A 2-percentage-point drop would amount to a $200 billion annual tax cut for the 45 million American households with mortgages.

3. Actions by the Federal Reserve
The nation's central bankers have basically said that they'll do whatever it takes to strengthen the economy. They've already pushed short-term interest rates to near 0% and have made it clear that the Fed will buy various debt securities to unfreeze the credit markets. Brian Bethune of IHS Global Insight called the Fed's recent moves "exactly the kind of forceful medicine the economy needs as it plumbs the depths of the current20recession. The Fed's actions will translate into much lower effective borrowing costs in the next few weeks." Certainly this is not your grandfather's Fed. The central bank is pouring money into the financial system. That's a big difference between now and the Great Depression. In the Depression," notes economist Brian Wesbury of First Trust Advisors, "the real problem was that the Fed let the money supply collapse. . . . This is not happening now. The Federal Reserve . . . is adding liquidity to the system as rapidly as it can."

4. Obama's stimulus plan, 2.0
It now looks like Uncle Sam, under the direction of Obama and the new Democrat-controlled Congress, will spend somewhere between $750 billion and $1 trillion over the next two years to boost the economy. The money would be spent, according to analysts, mostly on infrastructure (everything from transportation to broadband to green technology investment) but also on aid to state and local governments and middle-class tax relief.
This plan will probably create somewhat more jobs in the short term than if nothing were done. Obama optimistically hopes for as many as 3 million jobs. The real question is whether his spending plan is the best use of that amount of taxpayer money.

Investment pros weigh in. With John Bogle of Vanguard Group, Abby Joseph Cohen of Goldman Sachs, Paul McCulley of Pimco and Bob Doll of BlackRock. (Dec. 17)
Economists Susan Woodward of UCLA and Robert Hall of MIT are dubious. In their co-written blog, the duo opine that "complicated projects take time to ramp up to high spending and employment levels."
But, most promising is a payroll tax holiday Obama is rumored to be considering. That would put money into the economy much faster than an infrastructure spending plan. Even better, many studies say, would be sweeping tax cuts on incomes, business and capital.

5. America's deep fundamentals
Did you know that the World Economic Forum -- the Davos, Switzerland, people -- for the second straight year judged the United States as possessing the most competitive economy in the world? (Then came Switzerland, Denmark, Sweden and Singapore.)
Among America's strengths: innovation, flexible labor markets and higher education. Not surprisingly, though, our institutions ranked a dismal 29th. (Thanks, Wall Street.)
Overall, the core U.S. economy is in far better shape than it was in the 1970s, with a higher productivity and a better tax and regulatory system. Even though the American economy finally succumbed to the oil shock and the credit crisis in 2008, it held up longer than many predicted, thanks to its deep strengths. Who knows, maybe it will surprise the bears again in 2009.

AIG,TERRORIST AND SEC.PAULSON SUED IN FED. COURT

This is no joke, AIG supports Shariah Law by offering this,and they are not alone many companies in Europe already do this. This is not acceptable to me and should not be acceptable to you, we are being forced backwards, and I want to know when we are going to fight back, when we are against the wall with no place to go or no way  to manuver. We need to do a recall of all politicians.



ANN ARBOR, Mich., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- A federal lawsuit (http://www.thomasmore.org/downloads/sb_thomasmore/DepartmentoftheTreasury-Complaint.pdf) was filed this morning against U.S. Treasury Secretary Henry M. Paulson, Jr. and the Federal Reserve Board to stop all bailout funds from going to American International Group, Inc. ("AIG"). According to the lawsuit, the U.S. government, through its ownership of AIG, is not only violating the Constitution, but also promoting and financing the destruction of America using American tax dollars.


The basis of the lawsuit is that AIG intentionally promotes Shariah-compliant businesses and insurance products, which by necessity must comply with the 1200 year old body of Islamic cannon law based on the Quran, which demands the conversion, subjugation, or destruction of the infidel West, including the United States. To help achieve these objectives and with the aid of federal tax dollars, AIG employs a three-person Shariah Advisory Board, with members from Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Pakistan. According to AIG, the role of its Shariah authority "is to review [its] operations, supervise its development of Islamic products, and determine Shariah compliance of these products and [its] investments."


Of particular significance is the Pakistani Board member, Dr. Muhammed Imran Ashraf Usmani. Dr. Usmani is the son and devoted disciple of Sheik Mufti Taqi Usmani, the leading authority on Shariah financing who, in 1999, authored a book dedicating an entire chapter on why a Western Muslim must engage in violent jihad against his own country - even if Muslims are given equality and freedom to practice their religion and to proselytize.


The lawsuit was filed in the Federal District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan on behalf of Kevin J. Murray, a former Marine infantryman who served two tours of duty in Iraq. Murray is represented by the Thomas More Law Center, a national public interest law firm based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and David Yerushalmi, an associated attorney who specializes in litigation and is an expert on Shariah law (http://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=1105101) and Shariah compliant financing. Mr. Yerushalmi also serves as general counsel to the Center for Security Policy in Washington, D.C.


According to the lawsuit, use of taxpayer funds to acquire ownership of a business that intentionally promotes, endorses, supports, and funds Shariah-based Islamic religious practices violates the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.


Richard Thompson, President and Chief Counsel of the Thomas More Law Center, commented, "This lawsuit not only raises significant constitutional issues, it also shines a light on serious national security issues that our own government has created by direct financial support and ownership of a business that supports anti-American, radical Islamic activities. Make no mistake, there is an internal cultural jihad underway against our great nation, and I fear that many of our political leaders are unwittingly complicit in it."


On September 11, 2001, Islamic terrorists, guided by principles of Shariah-mandated jihad against "infidels," attacked and killed thousands of innocent American civilians. Shortly thereafter, the U.S. went on the offensive by engaging Islamic terrorists overseas in Iraq and in Afghanistan. As in the past when our Nation faced great crisis, American servicemen were called to action, and Kevin Murray answered the call. From March to October 2003, Murray - a U.S. Marine - was deployed overseas in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom.


Yet today, Murray's federal tax dollars are being used to advance the very cause of global jihad he and his fellow servicemen were placed in harm's way to overcome. Shariah explicitly demands the murder of infidels like Kevin Murray and the destruction of the United States, which Murray took an oath to defend. Shariah is the same law that is used to justify beheadings, stonings, and amputation for petty crimes in places like Saudi Arabia, Iran, and Sudan, which Americans deplore.


Nevertheless, AIG acknowledges and boasts its promotion of Shariah law and Shariah-based business practices. AIG itself describes "Sharia" as "Islamic law based on the Quran and the teachings of the Prophet [Mohammed]."


In further support of the federal government's endorsement of Shariah, the U.S. Treasury department co-sponsored a seminar in November of this year entitled "Islamic Financing 101" (http://www.thomasmore.org/downloads/sb_thomasmore/-AnnouncementonIslamicFinance.pdf) to promote Shariah financing among American institutions. The Seminar was jointly sponsored by Harvard University, one of the many American universities and colleges receiving millions of dollars from oil-producing countries to influence their Middle East programs, which are often staffed with professors who are anti-American, anti-Israeli, and pro-Islamic.


"It is clear," said Thompson, "oil money is purchasing the sovereignty of the United States and whatever loyalty to America these greedy financial institutions, corporations, and universities have left. It's up to the American people to take back their country from those who so easily betray its interests."


The federal lawsuit challenges that portion of the "Emergency Economic Stabilization Act of 2008" that appropriated $40 billion in taxpayer money to fund and financially support the United States government's majority ownership interest in AIG, which engages in Shariah-based Islamic religious activities that are anti-Christian, anti-Jewish, and anti-American.


According to the lawsuit, through the use of taxpayer funds, the U.S. government acquired a majority (79.9%) ownership interest in AIG, and as part of the bailout, Congress appropriated and expended an additional $40 billion of taxpayer money to fund and financially support AIG and its financial activities. AIG, which is now a government owned company, engages in Shariah-compliant financing, which subjects certain financial activities, including investments, to the dictates of Islamic law and the Islamic religion. This specifically includes any profits or interest obtained through such financial activities.


An important element of Shariah-compliant financing is a form of obligatory charitable contribution called zakat, which is a religious tax for assisting those that "struggle [jihad] for Allah." The amount of this tax is between 2.5% and 20%, depending upon the source of the wealth. The zakat religious tax is used to financially support Islamic "charities," some of which have ties to terrorist organizations that are hostile to the United States and all other "infidels," which includes Christians and Jews.


The Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, recently convicted for providing material support to Islamic terrorist organizations, is an example of an Islamic "charity" that qualifies for receipt of the zakat. Thus, as a direct consequence of the taxpayer funds appropriated and expended to purchase and financially support AIG, the U.S. government is now the owner of a corporation engaged in the business of collecting religious taxes to fund interests adverse to the United States, Christians, Jews, and all other "infidels" under Islamic law


Continued Thompson, "This lawsuit is as much about protecting constitutional principles as it is about protecting our national security and preventing another 9/11 - whether it be overt through flying planes into buildings or covert through appropriating taxpayer money to fund an Islamic cultural jihad."


The lawsuit seeks a court order to stop the taxpayer funding of AIG and its Islamic-based businesses and activities.


The Thomas More Law Center has been involved in several cases dealing with the insidious threat of radical Islam. Law Center attorney Robert Muise, who is handling this case involving AIG, is also one of the Law Center's attorneys defending LtCol Jeffrey Chessani, USMC, the senior officer charged in the so-called "Haditha Massacre" case. Those charges were dismissed by a military judge, and the government has appealed that ruling. Muise is also representing former Marine Jesse Nieto, whose anti-Islamic terrorism message was recently banned by military authorities at Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune because of some unknown complaints.

America Needs a Hero.

I was born in the 60's and grew up in the 70's and 80's it was a wonderful time, the tv shows, the movies, the pulp culture was nothing like we experience today, even the music was better then. We had Hero's who stood up for America and fought for America and believed in America. Yes there are a few out there now who do, but not like then, our politics were different no one would dare disrespect the President the way they have the last few year, and the press was not so bias either.
 
 We had military leaders that did not have college degrees that said they could lead but they had the battle scars that showed they had served and earned thier role as commanders. They were not afraid to take the fight to the enemy and shut them down. Where are our Charlton Hestons, John Waynes, Clint Eastwoods, Jimmy Stewarts, Lee Marvins, where are our John F. Kennedys. Dwight D.Eisenhouser, Teddy Roosevelts, or Ronald Reagans. Who will be the next Tommy Franks, or "Stormin'" Norman Schwartzcoff, or George S. Patton, who will look the enemy in the face and tell them we are going to blow you to hell and crush you like verman.
 
 America needs a hero now more than ever, maybe in the smoldering ash of our once great society someone will rise and take the lead and bring us up along the way. Until then we need to strike down the posers who portray our heros and take thier bounty in the name of a free society, who love the very freedoms they have but do not want us to share in them, they want the money and the glory and the fame, but they take that second breathe and tell us how bad we are as a nation and how we screwed up the world.And laugh at us with other world leaders and tell how we stupid we are. People like George Clooney,Shawn Penn,Madonna,Barbara Striesend,Matt Dammon,Michael Moore,these are just a few names of those who have profited from your dollars,while making fun of you and the way you believe, the list goes on and there would not be enough room to write them all.
 
 We need to as a society shut down people who are against the core of this Nation and we can only do that by hitting them financially, the same way we weaken China, or the Oil Nations, we do not give them our money. We find other products to buy, other peoples movies and shows and music to listen to, we buy fuel at stations that use american products, we do not go to Citgo and give Chavez our money, and we elect people to serve us that have our backs, not our walletts. You and I can be the Hero's until someone rises above the smoke and takes that lead. In 2009 we can make a difference, we have already brought fuel down from $4.25 a gallon to $1.65 a gallon by cutting back, if we can do this we can crush the Chinese economy and become the dominent force in the world economically again, we are 30% of Chinas GNP. That is astounding, we should be 3%, want a better product look to what is made in the States, I will spend a few cents more to keep my fellow Americans employed won't you. I do not want our jobs shipped overseas, I want to talk to an american when I have a problem with my phone or computer don't you?
Call on Congress, and the House of representitives to lower our taxes on business and to keep jobs here, it is not the fault of our companies that our Government has taxed them to death and forced them to move and keep competetive. Our Government is our biggest problem, they have stalled our economy, they have put us in the depression we are in, and they have run buisness out of the country and into the ground. Please be a Hero for your kids,and grandkids, for your family and your future family if you won't stand and fight for them who will?

I have had some great talks with alot of you, and I am so glad to have such a fine set of new friends,and I know today that I am a far better person because of our candid words.

Back to the subject line.
In the world we live in now I truly believe that we can no longer be a United States of America. This past election and hinting from 2004 America is a divided Nation. It seems that this Nation is split along party lines, about 33% Republicans and 38% Democrats. That leaves about 29% who do not really like either party.

And the way the GOP has been the last couple of years it is really like a new party of liberal republicans.

This is not the party of Ronald Reagan, or Teddy Roosevelt, or Abraham Lincoln. I did not leave the G.O.P, it left me and millions of us behind when they changed thier value system.

I changed my affilation to independent awhile back in 2000 because I do not want to have my name tied into a belief system that I do not support, I know that I am not alone, because alot of you have told me the same thing, yes there is some core values there, that we share but they are being chipped away, slowly.

Right now you can't tell who is a Democrat or Republican unless they put an R or a D beside thier name and that bothers me, I hope it bothers you, enough to make you fighting mad.

I have alot of friends in the G.O.P some of them are lobbyist and some of them are campaigners for Governers,Senators and Congressman,and one thing they all say is that change is coming inside the party. Michelle you know what I am talking about you hinted to in a a message you sent, and to someone who is very Conservative like myself I will not like it. That means that most of you will not like it either.

The G.O.P wants to become more mainstream and not be a voice for Conservatism, they think that Conservatism values are dying, and that we will eventually go away and be such a minority voice that no one will listen. Well they are wrong because Conservatives are gaining ground and the powers to be do not like it, they want to squash the uprising of us standing our ground.

Margaret Hoover a couple weeks ago was talking on the O'Rielly Factor about Prop 8 in California and told Bill that most of the up and coming in the G.O.P think that Gay marriage is acceptable and will eventually help get it passed, that has stuck me like a knife, because my friends who are in the G.O.P have been saying for a couple of years and you can see it is coming more to light and will probably be the law of the land. This is not the only issue, all of thier core values are being changed.

We have lost prayer in school,saying the pledge, protecting the unborn, keeping the flag from being burned, gun rights, land rights, smoking rights, and now we have lost Private industry such as Banking,Insurance, and the Auto industry. And with our New President and Harry and Nancy in charge they are going to jack up our health care,social security, our Defense, and on and on.

With the Republicans in High office and the Dems controlling the legislature we have been stretched, but now with the Dems controlling both I believe this Nation will break.

I ask you all to give me feedback on this, am I alone do you feel the same way? Do you think the G.O.P stand for traditional values, are they still conservatives? Have they sold us out? What can we do now to change it? Do we need to start a Conservative Party?

Conservative does mean more than abortion rights and gun rights there are lots of issues that need covered.

If we do not get the word out who will?

Who is going to fill the shoes of Ronald Reagan, Abraham Lincoln,Teddy Roosevelt, John Adams,Thomas Jefferson,Ben Franklin,George Washington.

We need to get to those who still have a core value of Conservatism, pray for our Country and have God Bless America again.

I posted some of my beliefs in my Open Letter to the GOP and all Conservatives. You can still read it on Keep America Free on Facebook. And I have had wonderful feedback from folks all over the world, I put it on Townhall and recieved great response from there also.

What do we really believe in the DNC or the RNC? Or do you believe in the American People?
Is there any hope for the G.O.P? Who will lead us?

I pray we have HOPE, and Faith and a new leader will rise up and set this Nation back on course. Lets find that leader, and propell them to top and lead us out of the wilderness we have been in since 1988. I myself cannott take another 20 years of this.

America the way Ronald Reagan told me it should be.

I was reading Ronald Reagan’s acceptance speech from 1984 and it helped believe in this Country again, who we are, where we came from and that as long as we have the very breathe of life left in us, Freedom will never die.

The following is copied from His speech, although I did rearrange it.

“We came together in a national crusade to make America great again, and to make a new beginning, The poet called Miss Liberty's torch led the way the "lamp beside the golden door." Well, that was the entrance to America, and it still is.

The glistening hope of that lamp is still ours. Every promise, every opportunity is still golden in this land. And through that golden door our children can walk into tomorrow with the knowledge that no one can be denied the promise that is America. Her heart is full; her door is still golden, her future bright. She has arms big enough to comfort and strong enough to support, for the strength in her arms is the strength of her people. She will carry us unafraid, unashamed, and unsurpassed.

We don't celebrate dependence day on the Fourth of July. We celebrate Independence Day. We celebrate the right of each individual to be recognized as unique, possessed of dignity and the sacred right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. At the same time, with our independence goes a generosity of spirit more evident here than in almost any other part of the world. Recognizing the equality of all men and women, we're willing and able to lift the weak, cradle those who hurt, and nurture the bonds that tie us together as one nation under God.

We believe in the uniqueness of each individual. We believe in the sacredness of human life. For some time now we've all fallen into a pattern of describing our choice as left or right. It's become standard rhetoric in discussions of political philosophy. But is that really an accurate description of the choice before us?

Go back a few years to the origin of the terms and see where left or right would take us if we continued far enough in either direction. Stalin. Hitler. One would take us to Communist totalitarianism; the other to the totalitarianism of Hitler.

Isn't our choice really not one of left or right, but of up or down? Down through the welfare state to statism, to more and more government largesse accompanied always by more government authority, less individual liberty and, ultimately, totalitarianism, always advanced as for our own good. The alternative is the dream conceived by our Founding Fathers, up to the ultimate in individual freedom consistent with an orderly society.

When we talk of the plight of our cities, what would help more than our enterprise zones bill, which provides tax incentives for private industry to help rebuild and restore decayed areas in 75 sites all across America? If they really wanted a future of boundless new opportunities for our citizens, why have they buried enterprise zones over the years in committee?

Our opponents are openly committed to increasing our tax burden.

We are committed to stopping them, and we will.

Our tax policies are and will remain prowork, progrowth, and profamily. We intend to simplify the entire tax system—to make taxes more fair, easier to understand, and, most important, to bring the tax rates of every American further down, not up. Now, if we bring them down far enough, growth will continue strong; the underground economy will shrink; the world will beat a path to our door; and no one will be able to hold America back; and the future will be ours

Is there any doubt that they will raise our taxes?

That they will send inflation into orbit again?

That they will make government bigger then ever?

And deficits even worse?

Raise unemployment?

Cut back our defense preparedness?

Raise interest rates?

Make unilaterial and unwise concessions to the World?

And they'll do all that in the name of compassion.

It's what they've done to America in the past. But if we do our job right, they won't be able to do it again.

As we ask for their help, we should also answer the central question of public service: Why are we here? What do we believe in? Well for one thing, we're here to see that government continues to serve the people and not the other way around. Yes, government should do all that is necessary, but only that which is necessary.We Come together in a national crusade to make America great again, and to make a new beginning

We don't lump people by groups or special interests. And let me add, in the party of Lincoln, there is no room for intolerance and not even a small corner for anti-Semitism or bigotry of any kind. Many people are welcome in our house, but not the bigots.

Finally, we're here to shield our liberties, not just for now or for a few years but forever.”

We proclaimed a dream of an America that would be "a shining city on a hill."

I do believe we are that shining city on a hill that one voice can make a difference, and that if we come together not as republicans but as Americans we can help this country get back on course, we are Americans, and it is our duty to fight for all we are, for all we have and have been given, to stick to our morals and values to exercise our rights. No government should tell us how to spend our money, who we should give it to, how we should worship, if we can own guns, no government should be able to exercise eminent domaine over our very lives. I believe in an America that is free . It is time that the American People stand up and fight and no longer set idle as the winds of change push us out to sea to a deserted island called liberalism.

Government and Accountability

Accountabilty

I find it disheartning to hear our Goverment asking for accountabilty on issues from the private sector on how we spend our money, they want accountabilty from housing,banking,and now the automakers, when the money to these organaztions is private money earned, now do not get me wrong here, we need accountabilty every one of us, and these organazations are no different, I do believe that we have let them all get out of control and now it is painful as we reel them back in. But our government saying be accountable is like a bankrobber having the keys given to him and the security code for the alarm given to him by the bank manager and saying only take what you need

Our Government spends our tax dollars however they want and on whatever they want. We need to hold them all to higher standards. There is alot of websites out there that give information on who spent how much on what, we should post them on our blogs and webpages and keep the government accountable.

An Open Letter To All Conservatives

An Open Letter to the GOP, and to all elected officials.

I am an American who wishes to keep this Country Free, I believe the United States of America is the Greatest Country in the world, and that our forefathers believed in God and Country, that the Constitution was written for the average person and that it is filled with Truths that all Men and Women are created equal, that every American is protected under the Constitution and our Bill of rights.

 I do believe we should help the world when called upon, to defend the freedoms of others, to teach them how to farm and build and cultivate a social structure where all are free and become self sufficient.

I Do Not Support the U.N and I wish it to leave American Soil and disband, I believe it is a society of greedy and selfish people who wish to rule the world. And that it is useless, that it should pay back the money it owes the American Tax payer apologize and leave immediately.

I do not discriminate based on Race, Sex, or Religious beliefs. I believe that every American is equal and should be given opportunities to succeed. I believe we are a Republic, and OUR Government is for the People and by the People.

I believe in Free Enterprise, that every American should have the opportunity to make something better for them, and their families, that Government should not give hand outs but a hand up.

 I believe that Big Government disables people to work and provide for themselves to earn a living, to miss the reward of a day’s labor by providing for themselves or their family. That the government takes too much from those who do work and gives to those who won’t work.

I believe that every American should have freedom of speech, but I also believe that words are different than actions.

I believe that every American should have the right to bear arms, and to be able to defend themselves and to provide for their family by hunting if they so choose.

I believe that are Judicial system needs fixed, we have a system where the criminal has more rights than the victim; I believe that punishment should fit the crime.

 I believe that we need a strong defense, and a very strong military presence. That we do not accept acts of terror whether foreign or domestic as a passing phase but that we strike it down now and with full force.

I believe that every American should be protected and that abortion is murder that life begins at conception, I believe in the case of rape the lady should be given all choices available to her but with care and love and guidance, if abortion is the final result then she would make an educated choice not an emotional one. I believe that pro choice stops when two people consent.

I believe that we cannot take God out of our Country any more, we need laws and morality to help mold and govern our society that without God we will become a dead and chaotic society in a barren wasteland of what we used to be.

 I believe in the sanctity of marriage between One Man and One Woman, if you choose to have a different lifestyle, that is your choice. I do not have to agree with you anymore than you have to agree with me.

I believe that we need to disband the IRS and make our tax code simple, we do not need to spend taxpayer money on the study of snail slime, or on outrageous prices for equipment or bridges to nowhere, if you cannot use our money wisely then leave it to us.

 I believe that to whom much is given much is required, that we as fellow Americans should help one another, through our religious organizations and charities not through the Government, we know how to redistribute our money on causes we believe in, not what the Government believes in, I believe that people who Govern should be transparent in all they do.

 I believe that God gave us enough natural resources to be self sufficient that we do not need to depend on any other country for our needs of energy, or food or defense. I believe it is time our Government started paying attention to us the American People and stop worrying what the world thinks, we are who you work for.

We are those people who pay your salaries, your healthcare, your transportation, your housing, your fuel, your food, your clothing, your education bills while we cannot pay our own, we are fed up with those of you who have sold us out, we want results from those who we put in office. There are millions of us who believe the same  way, and want our voice heard we are not going away, but are getting stronger and want our voice heard. Please stand up and speak shout from the mountains top we shall be heard.
